Cutlery

BÉSICS™ Cutlery is made from Crystallized PLA. This relatively new resin is based on Poly Lactic Acid (PLA). CPLA finished cutlery has been tested to meet ASTM D 6400-04 certification requirements, and has been tested for heavy metals as part of certification requirements for BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute). BPI Certification is pending.

PSM resin cutlery has been discontinued by BÉSICS™, as PSM100 resin longer qualifies under BPI certification.
