Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Pricing is sent FOB Vancouver BC, Canada. From here we can partner with your preferred freight forwarder to ensure timely and reliable delivery.


Can you do custom/special orders?

Looking for a size or color that you don’t see on the website? Interested in custom printed products? Please contact us with details and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.


What are response times for inquiries/orders?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email and follow up to confirm secure payment options.

If you do not hear from us via phone or custom email within 48 hours there may be a technological issue, so we would love to hear from you!


What are standard delivery time frames?

Our standard delivery timeframes are:

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm: shipped within 48 hours
  •  
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm: shipped within 72 hours

Rush shipping options are available and charged at cost: please contact our office for special arrangements and to inquire about delivery times outside of Vancouver lower mainland.


What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped from our Vancouver warehouse and delivered by a contracted courier service. From Vancouver we partner with your preferred freight forwarder to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Currently we ship to locations within Canada and the United States only. 



Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the shipment weight/volume and delivery location. There are no minimum order quantities. We offer free shipping for orders over $600 within Vancouver.


What is your discount policy?

For non-profit organisations, Besics is pleased to offer a 10% discount on standard pricing.

Discounts for large-volume purchases may be offered on a one-time or continual basis. These are subject to negotiation and approval. Please contact our office with any inquiries.


What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns of product that is undamaged and unopened. Please contact us within *30 days* of delivery date to arrange an exchange or refund. A 25% restocking fee applies to returning product. Refunds will be issued by cheque or credit card.

Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
